This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the online shop www.gigainformatika.com or write to us on WhatsApp, why we use it and what your rights are.

What data we collect and why
- Orders: name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail and order details. We use them to process and deliver your order, issue an invoice and contact you about the order.
- Customer account: the data you enter when you register, so you don't have to type it again and can follow your orders.
- Contact form, e-mail and WhatsApp: phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the content of messages. We use them to answer your questions and process orders. Some messages are processed with software for automated handling of enquiries, which checks product prices and stock and prepares replies.
- Newsletter: e-mail address, only if you sign up yourself. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the e-mail or by writing to [email protected].
- Cookies: we only use cookies needed for the shop to work (e.g. cart contents, login, selected language). We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with those who help us fulfil your order or keep the system running:
- the courier X Express, for delivery;
- our bank, for payments and refunds;
- IT service providers: website hosting and protection, WhatsApp (Meta), notifications and message processing software;
- public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (e.g. in the European Union and the USA), with the safeguards set out in their terms of service.
How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data is kept for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
- Messages and enquiries are kept while they are needed to answer you or to follow an order or complaint.
- Your account and newsletter subscription are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Security
The shop uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only staff who need the data for their work have access to it.
